Frequently Asked Questions

You have questions, we have answers.

We’re here to help you on your way to real travelling.

What is Mitty?
Mitty is an all-in-one app (iOS/Android) that brings together all essential travel services in one app.
How does Mitty work?
Mitty uses open API’s, mobile webviews, instant apps to integrate service providers.
Which services are integrated into Mitty?
You can hail a taxi, book flights and hotels, order food, book restaurants, find train and bus tickets, find public transport routes, explore experiences, buy cinema and concert tickets, find best deals, hire a car, book Airbnb, order grocery delivery and call emergency numbers.
Do I need to login to each app separately?
At the moment, if service provider asks you to log in, you need to login to the service separately either with your existing account or with a new account. Mitty is working on a solution to integrate universal login system, although it is a pretty big problem to solve.
Do I need to download each app separately?
Mitty streams all apps from the cloud so there is no need to download any apps. All services are accessible instantly.
When will Mitty be available?
We’re sending out invites to a limited number of users to use our beta. We’re working around the clock to bring Mitty into everyone’s hands quickly.
Where will Mitty be available to use?
Mitty is available in 12 most visited cities. We are bringing more cities soon.
Can I choose which service provider to use in the service category?
We only integrate one service provider for each service category, so you can’t choose service providers. You can, however, contribute to Mitty by giving us feedback and proposing integrating a different service provider which you think is much better.
How do you choose which service provider to integrate?
We research each service category in each city for the leader in their local market. A typical example is that Uber is very popular in Europe, but not in Asia where a number of competitors (Didi, Ola, Grab, Kakao) are more convenient to use. In addition, the service provider needs to have an open platform for us to integrate it in Mitty.
How does Mitty make money?
Service providers pay us a small commission every time a user books or uses service through Mitty. This commission does not add any additional cost to the customer.
Where are you based?
We're proudly based in London.
